What Is Touch Grass?

Touch Grass is a community-led walking movement designed for modern life.

In a world of remote work, busy schedules, and screen-heavy days, many of us feel isolated, overwhelmed, and disconnected.

Touch Grass creates simple opportunities to step outside, meet others, and reset — through relaxed group walks that focus on connection, not fitness or performance.

No pressure. No judgement. Just movement, conversation, and fresh air.

No sign-up required. Just show up at the meeting point at the right time.

Code of Conduct

All participants agree to:

  • Be respectful and kind
  • Create a welcoming environment
  • Respect personal boundaries
  • Avoid discrimination, harassment, or harmful behaviour
  • Follow the walk leader's guidance

Rules

  • Walks take place in public spaces
  • Minimum of 3 participants per walk
  • Friendly, inclusive environment
  • Zero tolerance for harassment or inappropriate behaviour
Please note: Touch Grass is not a therapy service. Participants attend voluntarily and are responsible for their own wellbeing. Any breach of conduct may result in removal from the community.
